DSD Group renovated and expanded the tram depot Alkärrshallen
DSD Group was a subcontractor to Stockholm Formbyggare AB when the historic Alkärrshallen on Djurgården was expanded and modernized for new trams. DSD Group worked on concrete work in the project.
Alkärrshallen is a tram depot that was inaugurated in 1991. It is located at Falkenbergsgatan on Djurgården in Stockholm. The depot building was extended both towards the water and towards Falkenbergsgatan. The renovation was necessary to accommodate the new trams, which are longer and heavier than the old ones.
