Concrete work, including a 34 m elevator shaft
DSD Group played a pivotal role as a sucontractor to MVB in this project, executing concrete work, including foundation and slab pouring, and the creation of an impressive 34-meter elevator shaft and stairwell. Property developer Fabege AB is constructing these new facilities for the Royal Opera and Dramatic Theatre in Flemingsberg, Huddinge. These spaces will house studios, workshops, offices, rehearsal rooms, archives, and storage, and DSD Group’s efforts contribute to establishing a functional and contemporary environment for these cultural institutions.
